Raising Personal Vibrations
Raising our personal vibration is achieved through long-term commitment. If we are new to
these exercises, it may seem that we are having to reevaluate our entire lifestyle, and this is
correct! We cannot choose to only focus on one particular part of our personal energy and
think we will experience a total change in our relationships and spaces. We must look at
how we believe our relationships, spaces, places, interact with our personal vibrations. How
does the outside energies of people and places add too or take away from our own energy.
The longer we stay in a negative environment, the harder it is to maintain a higher vibration.
One of the reasons for this is “we are choosing to stay”!
Ways to elevate personal vibrations.
1. Gratitude
2. Gentleness with self
3. Breathwork
4. Immersive experiences in nature
5. Art of any kind for art’s sake
6. Writing
7. Meditation especially guided
8. Declutter surroundings especially corners, hallways, stairs, closets, attics,
basements
9. Clear and cleans all spaces with dried bay leaves, sage, Tibetan bells, hand drum,
raising all the windows and open the doors
10. Ambient music
11. Solfeggio frequencies like 432Hz and 528Hz (Solfeggio is my favorite)
12. Conscious yoga
13. Scanning body with a color, visualization of scanning your body in a color of light
(rainbow is an option)
14. Loving yourself, choosing yourself
15. Sacred dance
16. Surround yourself with higher vibrations uplifting people (I like to experience happy
people no matter what)
17. Choose lighted rooms with windows
18. Serene views with stillness
19. Creating a Secret Garden with your mind (Imagination is just another state of consciousness
and I teach this through guided meditation)
