New Year

What I have noticed in these last days of 2025. I have noticed multiple things ending that were exceptionally prominent in my awareness. Given that personally I am witnessing my parents decline in this life, having these occurrences come vividly and viscerally in my consciousness were significant to say the least. I will name a few: my journal and pen from 2020 through 2025 that spanned 5 years together ended together as I wrote on my birthday December 15, 2025. I turned 58. I’ll share a quote from my journal entry, as the blue ink pen was replaced with a black ink pen, “…this particular age seems to be very marked as if I am ending something I no longer am aligned with. I am not sure how to define it. It feels heavy and I can sense its reluctance to go, but at the same time know it will be replaced energy that is more beneficial and more power-filled for me.”

A battery on a truck decided to stop working.

Replaced calendars and planners.

Threw away all my old outdated medical EOBs.

Went through my clients charts and eliminated inactive.

Went through my contacts on all devices and platforms and updated and removed.

These are just a few things that were very prominent at this same time. So, I was listening to JUDY SUZANNE REIS TSAFRIR, MD and she spoke of an incredible astronomical alignment that is occurring that has not occurred since the Berlin Wall came down. (Please look her up and get the details) What was so amazing to me was that she was describing this spiritual ending during this particular time that I felt so personally, but is in fact a cosmic alignment too.

The Chinese year of the Snake is ending and the beginning of the year of the Horse. As we move from the Snake Year into the Year of the Horse, we move from inner alchemy to outward embodiment. The Snake taught us how to shed. The Horse asks us to embody the transformation!

Irish mystics are divining that this year for Ireland and globally is a major reset, powerful new beginning, and significant transformation.

Let’s not forget this New Year coincides with the FULL WOLF Moon! Any ceremonies, rituals, and intentions are amplified!!!

For me, I believe individually and cosmically we are making incomprehensible room as we gently with gratitude let it end. Let it end……..end to all that we have been carrying, keeping, brooding, hating, loathing, hoarding, fighting, whether it be physically, spiritually, mentally, or emotionally. Even the things that we were righteously right about that we carry like a badge of honor. Let it end. Do not just let it go to fly back to us! Let it end so that the vast room we make can be filled with the beneficial, ineffable frequencies that will carry us instead of us carrying it. And so it is.

I leave you with this to ponder: What if what we end and then choose to begin rewrites our past so our present and future selves will change course for the betterment of all?

As the last breath of this year exhales,

I pause…..to honor this necessary ending,

As I open my door and inhale,

I breathe in the new and welcome this beginning.

And so it is!
