If you have felt that there is a strong pull within yourself, particularly at this time, to clear out...whether it be your body/mind/spirit, your space, or old patterns that no longer serve you in the present, this workshop is for you. Some of us have been struggling with fear that seems trapped in our bodies and bringing forward unhealed trauma. If you feel you are being inundated with negative, fear-based programming in social media, the news, or religious institutions, creating unrest and an intense unsettled need to isolate, this may be your body/mind may be asking you for help to clear this out and start fresh with new perspectives, new tools, or remembering who you are. Anxiety for some of us has been worse or uncontrollable for no apparent reason. The collective energies are promoting this at this time.
